Thank you for choosing us for your spy gear needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our 30-day returns and refunds policy makes the process simple.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For safety and security reasons, certain items (such as activated devices, software, or opened surveillance equipment) cannot be returned.


How to Return an Item

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer either a full refund or a replacement, whichever suits you best.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we offer exchanges. Contact us within 30 days with your order details for assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and privacy reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or activated surveillance devices and spy gear

  • Customized or personalized equipment

  • Digital products, software, or downloads

  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
